Is there anything more delicious than Lemon Meringue Pie?!
The Year 9/10 Home Economics students whipped up some Swiss Lemon Meringue Pies, with a fresh biscuit crumb base, topped with a beautiful baked lemon custard, followed by a swiss meringue. This involved students cooking the egg whites with the sugar before whipping the mixture into a fluffy beautiful meringue.
Everyone did an amazing job!
